Striped Bass in Agrodolce Sauce
Agrodolce is an Italian sweet and sour sauce that adds a unique flavor to dishes.

Season the bass fillets with salt and black pepper. Dredge them in flour.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bass fillets and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add red wine vinegar, honey, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.

Return the bass fillets to the skillet and spoon the agrodolce sauce over them. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the fish rest in the sauce for 5 minutes.

Serve the striped bass fillets with the agrodolce sauce on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
