  1. Season the bass fillets with salt and black pepper. Dredge them in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bass fillets and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add red wine vinegar, honey, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Return the bass fillets to the skillet and spoon the agrodolce sauce over them. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let the fish rest in the sauce for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the striped bass fillets with the agrodolce sauce on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
