Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil.

Place each fish fillet on a piece of foil.

Squeeze lemon juice over the fish.

Mince the garlic and sprinkle it over the fish.

Drizzle olive oil over the fish.

Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs.

Add vegetables on top of the fish.

Fold the foil over the fish and vegetables, sealing the edges tightly.

Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
